Ingredients
Grated coconut- 1 cup
Dry red chilly- 4-5
Sesame seeds-2 Tablespoons
Tamarind-a little
Garlic-4-5 cloves(optional)
Curry leaves- a handful(Make sure curry leaves are fresh otherwise chutney will give a bitter taste)
salt to taste
Procedure
Dry roast red chilly and sesame seeds. Grind it to a smooth paste with all the other ingredients, season it with mustard and hing powder and serve it with idli or dosa.
