Carrot payasam

This recipe is healthy and also a quick fix when you have surprise guests. This can be served as a milkshake with a scoop of your favourite icecream as topping.Try it out and let us know the feedback!

Ingredients
Milk-1 liter(app. 6 cups)
Carrot-2(cut and boiled)
Badam-8-10(soak for 2 hours or microwaved for a minute and then remove the skin)
Cardamom-2
Sugar-1/2 cup(if you want the sweetness to linger on your taste buds, add 1cup more of sugar instead of 1/2 cup)





Procedure
1.Boil the milk.
2.Grind all the other ingredients to a smooth paste.
3.Add this paste to the boiling milk.
4.Simmer it for 10-15 minutes
5.Chill and serve
