Mixed vegetable chutney

For this chutney aka thogayil I prefer to have with rice. Even though any vegetable can be used (even the skin) I prefer chow chow or Pumpkin (yellow) or Carrot or even Banana flower. Sesame seeds in chutney always gives an exquisite taste.

Choice of the vegetables is our wish. I have used radish, onion, curry leaves and coriander. Coconut is optional.

Curry leaves and coriander- each 1 cup
Red chillies- 4-5
Sesame seeds-2 Tablespoons
Urad dhal- 2 Tablespoons

2.Add the coconut and saute for a minute.
3.Keep the above aside.Heat a tablespoon of oil and cook the vegetables.Let the radish cook first, then add the greens.simmer and cook.Don't add water while cooking. with turmeric.
