Ingredients
Gram flour(Besan)- 1 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Mixed vegetables - like carrot, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, onion, coriander(chop it finely)
Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
1. Mix gram flour, corn flour, red chilly powder, salt and all the vegetables in a bowl.
2. Add salt and mix water little by little. Just make sure you can make small round balls. More water will reduce the crispness of the pakodas.
3. Heat the oil. While the oil is hot add a tablespoon of oil to the pakoda mix. This enhances the crispiness a bit.
4. Make small round balls and deep fry until they are golden in colour.
5. Serve hot with sauce/green chutney.

Trued this recipe yesterday and it came out really good. Served with emli chutney very very tasty :)
