Capsicum Cucumber raitha

Ingredients
Capsium - chopped finely 1 cup
Cucumber - chopped finely 1 cup
Curd - fresh - 1 cup
Salt to taste

For the seasoning
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Red chillies/Green chillies - 2-3
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida



Procedure
1. Soak the chopped cucumber pieces in a teaspoon of salt for half an hour. Remove the excess water by squeezing with your hand.

2.In a kadai, add a teaspoon of oil. Season it with chillies, mustard, urad dhal and asafoetida. Saute the capsicums until they are half cooked.
 3. Transfer that to the a bowl and mix the cucumber.
Mix the curd while serving. Garnish it with coriander.(I forgot to add :-( )
