Paneer Paratha


Ingredients
(Prepare chappathi dough as usual)
Paneer - grated - approx. 100 gms
Coriander leaves - chopped finely
Green chilly - 1 - chopped finely
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Amchoor powder(Dry mango powder) - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste



Procedure
1. Mix all the ingredients with salt to taste.
2.Take a lemon size ball of chapathi dough.


3. Flatten the dough a little and  take a tablespoon of the paneer stuffing and keep it in the centre. Make the sure the stuffing occupies only half of the flattened dough.

4.Seal the stuffing and make sure paneer stuffing is not coming out. Then gently flatten the dough by turning both the sides.(Dust with all purpose flour or Wheat flour).


5. Cook in a heated tawa. I haven't added any oil or ghee while cooking. If you still want the smell of ghee,  spread a little ghee after taking out.



 6. Serve hot with Curd.
